The Grid London is an experiential bar that borrows from escape rooms, immersive theatre and sci-fi culture. Guests step into a slightly unhinged dystopian world, navigate puzzles, interact with actors and, crucially, drink. It’s hospitality as narrative: not just serving cocktails, but giving people something to talk about afterwards beyond “nice lighting”. I like concepts that don’t rely solely on location or price, but build real IP into the experience.
